Higley Unified School District’s Governing Board has called for a 15% Maintenance & Operations Override to be placed on the November 2025 ballot.

In partnership with the Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA), the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Pacific Southwest, Central & Inland California has recognized Williams Field High School Class of 2025 graduate Kendal Bonjour as one of just two high school student-athletes named 2025 BBB Ethical Champions.

Higley High School Assistant Principal Brian Banach will be taking the leadership role of Principal starting in the 2025-26 School Year.

Isabelle Brice from Williams Field High School and Elise Miner from Higley High School have been chosen as two of the five 2025 Youth Ambassadors for Gilbert Sister Cities. Their selection followed a six-month process of essays, interviews, community engagement, and leadership clinics.
